CPCM_2  Certified Professional Category Managers (CPCM) are at an advanced level with all the aforementioned criteria as well as understand the ethical expectations and legal implications of category management. CPCM’s also possess experience with geo-demographic/behavioral data and can identify actionable insights. These professionals have conducted category reviews and comprehend root cause analytics, shopper behavior, retailer economics and the supply chain. Training is available through CMA accredited Solution Providers.
